About the Space
Welcome to League Lofts 201– a stylish and spacious two bedroom loft just steps from all the hot spots in downtown Galveston. The primary bedroom features a king size bed and the second bedroom has a queen size bed. Combined with the full sleeper sofa in the living room, this unit comfortably sleeps up to 5 people. Whether you’re looking to spend time on The Strand, the beach, or a quick overnight before a cruise departure, this loft is the perfect home base for your trip. THERE IS NO ELEVATOR IN THIS BUILDING. IT IS ALL ONLY STAIRS!
● WINTER TEXAN RATE: Escape to the Texas Gulf Coast this winter! Ask about our reduced monthly rates October 1 – March 1.
● Location: Historic Downtown area of Galveston, Texas, half mile from cruise ship terminal. This is a historic building with early 20th century building materials and single-pane windows. Noise may be present.
● Beach Access: Less than a 4 minute drive from the beaches at the Seawall.
● Rent BeachBox: Beach gear rentals are available! Ask us for details and rates.
● WIFI/Cable: We provide free high-speed WIFI and Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own streaming service apps.
● Pet Policy: 1 pet is allowed with a $25 fee per pet. Please keep pets off furniture, clean up after them outside, and crate them if left alone indoors.
● Parking: Paid street parking options on the streets surrounding the building.
● Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee.
● Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip.
● Age Requirement: Guests must be 24+ to book.

“Nice place. Easy check in.”
“The place is extremely clean, perfect area for walking to all the restaurants, shops, and bars. I just have 3 negatives. 1st negative. There is only one bathroom which I was aware of, however I didn't realize it's in the main master bedroom. So you have to walk through a bedroom to get to it. Not very convenient when you have 3 old people who have to use the restroom throughout the night. 2nd negative. I also didn't read that I had to pay for parking. I did read it later, however I would have taken 1 car instead of having 3 cars, each $25 to pay all night. So hence, I paid an extra $75 for the room. 3rd negative. The beds are extremely hard. I won't book again. But if you want clean and easy close access to everything. This is the place to be!”

Additional Rules
- - Guests must be 24+ to book the property.
- - One-night stays must be approved.
- - Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- - Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- - All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel.
- - Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- - Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- - Paid street parking only.
- - Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.
