“This place is terrific! I was looking for a place to stay overnight before my cruise and it didn't disappointed. Although the is no elevator and we stayed in the 3rd floor, I would still go back. After we left I realized I had left a bag with my medications and necessities in the lobby and I was able to call the host and arrange to pick it up. Thank God the host was very accommodating and graciously allowed me to do it. I highly recommend this place. The beds are very comfortable as well as the furniture.”

“I like my stay, but the only thing that I was not comfortable with was the furniture. The couch is hard and has stains. The beds are held up with 2 boards. I know it’s an old building but the furniture should be beautiful. Other than that they had everything you needed. Could use more towels and not hotel towels.”

“We stay in Galveston regularly and this was our second time at League Lofts and despite there being many options of accommodations on the island we cannot avoid the urge to return to the lofts. This trip was for a combination of work and play but we were able to fit everything and then some into our schedule due to the location. The lofts are extremely well kept up and make us feel at home every time. This is a standard that STR's should aspire to, until next time League Lofts. Thank You a ton!”

“For two couples it worked perfectly for a night before a cruise place to stay. Close to all the restaurants. Would recommend another area like a vanity with a mirror and chair so that someone can get ready while the other is in the bathroom as there is only one bathroom with the only mirror. Bummed there wasn’t an elevator but it is what it is. Check in process was easy. Overall, great place for a quick trip. ”

“The apartment was in a very quiet area and close to restaurants and shopping. We loved the opportunity to take our dog on vacation and this was one of the few places that took our pet. Everything was very clean. We were not too bothered by the bedroom placement but there is no privacy with the two bedrooms. The bathroom is located en-suite in one of the bedrooms so if you are in the other bedroom then you will need to walk through the bedroom to get to it. The A/c unit is located in one bedroom so if you close the connecting door it may get warm for the bedroom without the a/c. The two a/c’s in the apartment are portable a/c’s attached by tubes to the windows. They are pretty loud. We did have to increase the volume of the tv while it was on. There was a convenience store within a 3 min walk from the apartment, the staff was very nice but they only take cash. We did feel fairly safe walking our dog at night around the neighborhood. There are no elevators, only stairs.”

“Loved the location! We live locally and this loft is in walking distance to everything we love to visit. I was nervous about the stairs but they are easy to navigate without difficulty. ”

“The space was wonderful for its character and location. Several art galleries were within two blocks, as well as a convenience store and a couple restaurants. We were disappointed that there were not 3 beds as the description suggested. We also were surprised by how much noise the house made (creaked). The three flights of stairs were not a problem, but did take some effort hauling our luggage up.”

“We stayed here for Mardi Gras weekend and it was a perfect location! The loft was clean, comfy and cute. The beds were comfy and the kitchen was stocked with everything you need including a waffle maker. You can will need to bring your own Shampoo and Conditioner and a bag of ice since the isn’t an ice maker. But we plan to be back next year for Mardi Gras and will try book again. The property manager was very accommodating and great with communication. ”

“The loft was extremely clean and very cute! Parking was great - two hours at a time but nothing overnight so we didn’t have to pay at all (I think the overnight hours were 6 pm - 8 am?). It’s on the top floor so the only traffic you can hear were people walking by - no upstairs noise. Overall, it was great - I can’t imagine anything I would ask for. Responses were almost immediate from the hosts. We will check availability next time we return to town!”
