“This property is great for a big group. there are 2 kitchens on each level. Two screened in porches. It is a beautiful property that sleeps lots of guests. It is in a quiet neighborhood and the heated pool was delightful. Lots of rooms and lots of bathrooms. Easy to locate too with the iconic Lighthouse feature. The gameroom is a really fun feature just suggest more detailed instructions on how to operate some of the games. Of course we were a group of older women but I can usually figure out technical stuff. Really wanted to play the basketball shoot but could not figure out how to turn on. Simple but could not find switch. Also lots of the batteries in the tv remotes were either gone and dead. Lots of tvs to watch but bring your own streaming codes. Kitchen well stocked but needed scissors. If you plan a family reunion it is a great place to go lots of land to play games. We did not use the dock but it looked great.”

“It's hard to find a space big enough and entertaining enough for the college students that I take on trips. This place had it all and then some! The game room/ bunkroom was so fun, and the pool was clear, clean, and beautiful! Plus, direct lake access with a dock that our students could fish from. We couldn't stop talking about taking joint family vacations later on. I would recommend this rental and renter again!”

“The property was great for our family of 22 staying for the long weekend. Plenty of space. It would have been nice to have a layout of the property (which bedrooms were where, not just Bedroom #1) so that we could arrange family members to share bathrooms. But there was plenty of space for us. The game room was fantastic! We had a blast gathering there and celebrating together. Two kitchens and a huge pantry were quite helpful since we had a large crowd. Easy to park all our cars. Nice to have the dock right on the property for fishing and getting on/off our boat. Communication was good and had quick responses. Hope to use the property again for our next family celebration.”

We ate and played together but the home was spacious enough to give the kids time to themselves. This place was perfect for our nine. While the outdide needed blowing, the inside was very clean. “This place was perfect for our family reunion. 30+ adults and children. There is lots of room to spread out and plenty of activities. The 2 kitchens made cooking for our large group so easy. We are a family of fishers. The fishing was phenomenal. It was amazing for us to all be under one roof instead of multiple small cabins. Natalie was super responsive to any inquiries and such a pleasure to work with during the entire process, from booking to checkout. We will return for next year’s family reunion. 10/10 recommend.”

“Amazing listing that accommodated my family for my grandmothers 90th birthday. Lots of bathrooms, lots of rooms and two kitchens! The exterior areas, pool, dock, and porches were a highly frequented area by us. Kids game room was great place for the children to play and sleep in bunk beds. This place is about 20-25 min away from H-E-B and Walmart so you have close access to anything you might need. Super responsive team. I highly recommend this place.”

“This house is as amazing as it sounds. We utilized the house for a work offsite and it was perfect. The ample bedrooms and bathrooms made it easy to have 10 co-workers housed in the same location while providing everyone their own personal space. The amenities are great, being right on the lake with your own boat house, made it easy to rent a pontoon and jet skies. The private pool and outdoor decks are great for hanging out in the cooler temperatures. The 2 kitchens are fully stocked and made meal prep a breeze. The best part was the service. The host is very responsive and attentive. We noticed that one section of the house wasn't cooling when we arrived and notified them. They were out immediately and resolved the issue. I highly recommend this house for larger family gatherings or work retreats, as there is plenty to do for entertainment, plenty of space for connecting and relaxing. I can't wait to get back there again in the future.”

I had to becareful with my toddler since she likes to be touching things and well the other kiddos as well. but this place is GREAT !!!! would definitely recommend. Host Natalie is amazing at answering any questions!!!!”

“We had a great time hosting our father’s 80th birthday here. The place was spacious, fit our large party of 25 comfortably, and was very peaceful with the lake view. We would have appreciated a few more towels to help make things go more smoothly but this was a minor inconvenience. Overall the spot is a great place for a reunion and made our family feel comfortable. Be advised there are a set of steps to get into and out of the top unit so this may be more difficult for the very young or very old. However, since there is a lower level living space, we made this work for this group of folks.”

“Overall, a really great house for a large group, good facilities, comfortable beds, awesome games rooms and heaps of space. We enjoyed fish from the dock despite the dead bugs and spider webs everywhere. The only issue we had was the level of cleanliness. While the home was neat and tidy the bathrooms were not very clean, there were no extra garbage bags and the outdoor bins were overflowing. There were also PILES of dead mosquitos and other bugs on the outdoor porch areas and the dock. It is a great location close to town and a nice outlook over the lake.”

“The location of the home was fantastic, and the home itself was equipped with everything we needed. The beds were clean and comfortable, and the kitchen was lovely. The upper floor was excellent and, overall, was the best part of the property.The garage/bunkroom/game room level was also great. The beds were comfortable, and the bedding was nice. However, the couch in the living area was in very rough condition, with wooden pieces sticking out. There was also a noticeable, unusual smell on this level. I purchased plug ins to help with the odor.Unfortunately, the bottom-floor living/pool table room and bedroom area was a different experience. There appeared to be a significant water leak in this area that had damaged the flooring. Several boards were peeling and need replacement. When walking on the floors, water would come up through the cracks. This area also had a strong musty odor. I purchased DampRid buckets and plug ins in an attempt to help with the moisture and smell. The odor remained for the entire duration of our stay. I emailed the management team about the issue, and they said they would look into it; however, based on the condition of the area, it did not appear to be a new problem.The boathouse is very run down. I would not plan on using it. The slip hoists were broken with boards snapped in half. The outdoor kitchen was full of trash, bugs and spider webs.This house is huge, comfortable but, needs some love!!! We will be back if repairs are made. :)”
