“Everything was amazing, clean pool, amazing views, large bedrooms. The host was good with communications. The only complaint is that we were struggling with the water pressure and getting hot water in the showers. However, it’s been raining heavily in the area over the past few days so I’m sure it’s a quick fix. Aside from that, we had a great time and it was a beautiful house especially for the price!”

The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had all the essentials, and the entire space felt welcoming. The host Jessica went above and beyond with clear communication and was always so kind, she checked in daily to ensure we were ok or off we needed anything. We appreciated the quiet neighborhood and easy access to the beach and great fishing areas, the pool was great for the kids and night time was nice by the fire pit , it made our family tradition vacation so much better- we’d return in a heartbeats”

“Everything was great, very clean and lots of space for big families. My kiddos loved the kids/playroom. Great amenities and clean towels on every room. We travel with a toddler and a baby, so I was thankful for the highchair. The pool was also very clean we had s’mores at time at the fire pit ( firewood was provided). Very nice and peaceful neighborhood. For sure we will be back to her place.”

“The house layout and location was perfect for our sister trip. We didn’t swim in the pool due to it being cold, but it looked pristine. We had all the room we needed and enjoyed the comfortable living room. We appreciated having fans in all the rooms also. As far as anything that could have been better, the front door looked very dirty (not a great first impression) and there were no rugs at any of the exterior doors. The dining room chairs were stained and appeared dirty. The kitchen had one dish towel, no hot pads and the one roll of paper towels was very small and ran out the first day. There weren’t any hand towels in any of the bathrooms, only wash cloths and towels for showering. There was not any extra linens or blankets. The house overall was good, fit our needs and I would rent it again. The house had a great layout, great views and was very comfortable. Jessica was very responsive and quick to respond. We enjoyed our stay.”

“Exactly as listed. Stairs as the only entry, you'll be climbing up and down but it's in the pictures. Unfenced yard with LOTS of BURS connects to other properties Hosts were very accommodating with my larger dogs. Neighbors nice and quiet. We hung out a lot outside and no one bothered us. Pool was nice/clean, has a ladder to climb in/ out. The kitchen is tight, only one medium baking glass pan, a large and pan pan, and two pots if I remember. Plenty of silverware but only saw serrated knives. Bring what you need to cook. No seasoning, host sends list of all things provided so none of these are complaints, just helpful info for other's trips. The house stayed cool, beds comfy, memory foam and probably medium to firm. Blankets were thinking though. Stove barely got got but oven cooked great. Fridge isn't great for making drinks cold, use the freezer. No mop or cleaning spray. Beach said don't go in water, had to go to Galveston 30min away to get in water. Bbq pit old, needs some fixes”

“The Beach House location was really nice. The option to bring your dogs along was the really nice option to have. there was a lot of space to have many guests if you needed. You’ll have a beautiful sunrise and sunset. There’s a boat ramp to watch everybody putting in the boats and taking them out throughout the day. Make sure to bring spices as in salt and pepper or whatever else you want because it is a rental and they do not have that on-site. Overall, was a really nice experience. If you’re a very picky person, there are a few things that might bother you. But being a pet friendly rental made us love that we could bring our dogs with us to enjoy our experience.”

“Pet friendly only 3. Great place to relax. Beach was fishing only. No swimming. The fence didn't go through to the beach so had to get in the car and drive around still. The game room was not connected to the house. So is nice if you have older kids that could be trusted. But ours was preteen so made sleeping arrangements tricky since not connected to house like originally thought. Could have been our miss understanding. Top floor had tub jacuzzi that did not work. That was a bummer. All in all great stay.”
