Positive: Everything the condo is absolutely beautiful very homey and wonderful love that it looked out at a amazing pool and hot tub. Love that it has a washer and dryer that is so convenient. Love all the wall hangings, so cozy. And all the colors on the walls make it so relaxing. I noticed there is only one clock in the condo on the stove it helped make it more relaxing, worth every penny will definitely tell friends and family about it. Negative: The gate to go to the ocean sticks and it hard to open sometimes.”

“Enjoyed our stay. This is the second time that we have stayed at this facility so we knew about the parking fee. Condo w Positive: Great location and view from the condo. Very friendly staff and nice amenities. Negative: Only one set of towels for a two night stay. Closet in master bedroom was locked. So no closet space at all to hang clothes. Outside furniture full of pet hair. (We did see a stray cat around the property) $40 for parking which is not included with the booking. You are not made aware of this charge until after you book the room.”

“We had an enjoyable stay at the condo. We stayed 3 nights. I highly recommend staying here due to the location; it's so near to the beach and plenty of restaurants and grocery stores.Pros: King size bed, a full kitchen to cook breakfast and dinner, washer & dryer, a pull out sofa. 2 pools on the property with a hot tub. Right behind the condo with a hot tub. It hit the spot in the evening. Very comfortable place to relax, clean and spacious and near the beach and local restaurants plus 3 grocery stores. Walmart is within walking distance. The place is well decorated. And its on the 1st floor! That was very convenient for us.Cons: no closet space, both closets were locked. There is drawers but I prefer to hang some of our clothes so it doesn't stay wrinkled. The patio furniture cushions were dirty with pet hair. I could not enjoy sitting outside. I'm allergic to cats. We only had one wash cloth and 2 hand towels. We had enough towels. I'd suggest getting new towels. Note: There is a parking fee, separate from the reservation. We paid 50. It is stated in the description.We enjoyed our stay and we'd recommend staying at this condo. Felt like home away from home. ”

“I have stayed at many Airbnbs and Im going to be honest, this will be my forst review that is not completely good. PROS; Condo was nicely decorated . Pool was easily accessible as well as the beach. My vehicle felt secure and property around condo was clean. Host was responsive , however mot always helpful. CONS : Toilet leaked , I was told it would be fixed but was not. was not thoroughly cleaned, bugs and cobwebs under table , under fold out couch, in the bathroom . Hair in bed. Also there was no mention of having to pay $40 for parking for 2 days. This should have been mentioned BEFORE booking. I paid $600 for 2 nights and still had to pay parking. Also the lost of things at checkout is ridiculous , especially after paying a cleaning fee but wanted me to do all the cleaning. I will only rent from private AIRBNB owners and not a company from now on.”
