“This was perfect for our family. There’s something to do for everyone. Kids enjoyed the pool and fishing on the private pier. Natalie was very responsive and quick to provide solutions. Such a great experience we may do this every summer.”

“This airbnb was very nice. We loved our time at Natalie's house. Our entire family enjoyed the stay. The view was beautiful, the pool was a great added bonus of being on the bay. The house was exactly what was shown on the listing. The area is close to NASA and several tourist spots to visit. Great seafood restaurants within just a few miles of the house. I would recommend this to my friends and fmaily.”

“Very comfortable house and in a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the bay. The pool is a perfect added bonus. You can tell from the bottom floor to the top that they go out of their way to make your stay easy and enjoyable.”

“The home was nicely decorated, the pool area was great and we enjoyed time on the dock. Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing due to serious issues. On the first night, we found cockroaches and were in need of extra towels. Housekeeping and an exterminator came out the next day but more problems followed. The lower level had a musty odor, and my fiancé and I were bitten repeatedly while sleeping downstairs. After leaving, we discovered our family dog had fleas, which required treatment for both the pet and a family member's home. We reported this to the host, but communication slowed, and I was later told the owners found no evidence of fleas or odor-contradicting our experiences. I even provided pics of our bites to the host as proof. These issues , especially pests and odor, made our stay uncomfortable and concerning. While the house looks nice, the conditions were unacceptable. So my recommendation is proceed with caution when considering this Airbnb.”

“Love the place, beautiful home, nice view. My family enjoyed the pool, the only thing we did tell the owners is that the home is infested with roaches. I had cooked rice and left the pan in the stove, when I came back to get more rice lots of roaches were on top of my rice eating. So if you stay here make sure you put everything in the fridge.”

“Salty Texan-Nice house, lovely view. Kitchen was infested with roaches-we had to have all food in refrigerator or freezer. Roaches in cabinets and drawers. It was disgusting. Contacted Natalie on evening we arrived (Saturday) and was told maintenance would stop by to spray-never showed up after repeated messages about status of when they would show up every day. Gave up reaching out to her on our last day (Wednesday). Very disappointed. Then early afternoon of last day, pool guy comes to clean again ( was there when we arrived) and put so much chlorine in it that he said we should not get in for 3-4 hours. Our last day to enjoy the pool, which at its best needs repairs. but it was clean and felt nice, but we couldn’t enjoy it our last day until 6 pm (which was still cloudy). So unhappy with what we paid to have it all fold out as it did.”

“The home was great, location, pool, waterfront and all the things. It has plenty of space and Natalie communicated with us very well. I would have given a 5 star but the only issue that I had (which is a big issue for me) was that there were roaches. We bbq’ed and the food that was on the bar and counter had roaches in it when we came back in. We had to throw all of our bbq away. If they take care of that issue the home would be a 5 star for me! If it wasn’t for that the how me would have been great!”
