“Great canal home! You can easily launch your kayak and paddle out to go fishing. The access to the Sea Isle Pier is a bonus. It is great for fishing or watching the sunsets. The home is clean and has everything you need. The outdoor space and kitchen are great for snacking and relaxing. The neighborhood restaurant is a short walk away. We appreciate that it is a pet friendly home.”

“This was an amazing trip and beautiful property, one room was downstairs with double beds which made it super convenient especially for the older folks that’s can’t do many stairs. The place had normal beds and no bunk bed, so awesome. The outdoor kitchen was so much fun and fishing from the yard made it a blast. We will definitely stay here again it was so relaxing and the views were beautiful. The marina restaurant in the neighborhood was convenient and fun and the bait shop made it so easy. STAY HERE It was great! The house is so spacious and it had everything we needed. Thank you so much!”

“Property was as listed. Found a couple small issue and contacted owner. They sent staff asap and repaired what could be done while we were in property. Quiet area and AC’s were COLD!!”

“This house has a great location and does have 3 bedrooms however the bedroom with two beds in it has a separate entrance and is not able to be accessed from inside the house. This was a bit of a problem as we expected to put our kids in the room with 2 beds and we couldn’t do that. The house was obviously still used by the host and had open shampoo bottles with no lids in the bathroom. The string light outside don’t work, the outdoor kitchen isnt really working and some of the railing was loose. Overall the house had some repair needs and could use a cleaning, but we really enjoyed the location and the outdoor shower.”

“Place is beautiful and the area is nice but the top part of the house gets hot so we had to buy a standing fan. The bottom bedroom smelled like mildew so we slept on the couch for the last night. There’s a water leak on the downstairs hallway outside and makes the upstairs hallway a little mushy to walk on in one spot. The electricity wouldn’t work by the grill (the garage was locked so we couldn’t check the breaker box) so we couldn’t use that patio but we used the top deck and it was pretty. The canal is nice at night. Bathroom light would flicker on and off but the kitchen is nice and I like how many dishes there are to use. The big sectional couch is amazing for large groups and the chairs in the living room are comfy. The king and queen beds are comfy as well.”

“Positive: We loved the view and set up. The outdoor shower seems nice, it was too cold to use it but i feel like during the summer it will feel amazing. Great location. Great amenities. Negative: The stairs did not light up at night nor did the water work on the dock. The only shower is in the main bedroom. We were six adults so it presented a challenge. In the summer might be different as there is an outside shower.”

“Very relaxed atmosphere. We especially enjoyed having a restaurant walking distance away in the neighborhood. The food was good. Enjoyed the outdoor space and watching the sunrise. ”
