Some furniture could use adjustments to be less loose, the matresses in the bunk could be thicker and we would have preferred a digital lock to make it easier for a large group to get in and out but those are small things for improvement, rest of the stay was really good.”

“Pros: close to the beach, restaurants and a short drive for anything else. Clean house. Lovely backyard with lots of seating. Fantastic patios with a view. Super comfy beds. Lots of toys and things store in the back for the beach. Cons: not 4 bedrooms. It was actually 3 bedrooms and a loft style area with beds. Plenty of beds it just is advertised as 4 bedrooms. Some of the outdoor chairs are broken and need to be replaced. We had the house booked for a week and the refrigerator was off when we got there. Took it hours to cool down. States parking for 4 but really only 3 fit without blocking their garage. Would not have been an issue but they have a sign asking to not block it. No vacuum that we could find. I actually felt bad that I couldn’t vacuum before we left. I mean sand does not sweep well. I still loved the house, the location and we enjoyed our week there.”

“Amazing location and impressive beach house (& back yard!). One block from the water. The only complaints are that there was no access to the kitchenette in the suite as listed, it was blocked with a lock and that there was no fan in that room. The bunkbeds, as well as stools downstairs, were extremely loose. The bunkbeds were loud when the kids moved at all, and all of the stools felt like they were going to collapse. We removed 2 of them from the tables because their legs were busted. Other than that, great experience & would recommend!”

“The house was precisely as described on the Airbnb site. We found the host to be very friendly and responsive to our questions. The instructions were clear and concise, resulting in minimal inquiries. Our group of 15 ladies was very comfortable. The stay was remarkable and very memorable.”

“We definitely enjoyed our stay. We loved the kitchen and we were able to grill burgers and hot dogs. The house remained very cool and the home was very inviting and roomy. The house was a 3 bedroom instead of a 4 bedroom and the curtain didn't extend all the way across for privacy. Regardless it still worked out for our family. The balconies and patio were a surprisingly nice bonus! Absolutely a great vibe with a good view of the ocean. My family loved it especially my Grandbabies and we will definitely do it again. “The house was well appointed and spacious, clean and welcoming. We loved being able to sit on the 2nd floor deck and watch the ocean waves. Trash pick-up is on Tuesdays. We arrived on a Wed. When we let them know that the large outside trash bins were overflowing and smelly (next to where we parked_), they immediately scheduled a special trash pick-up right away. We also loved the location, only one block from the water, so we could walk to the beach and come back when we wanted without loading everything into our vehicle and trying to find parking. Wonderful stay!”

“This home is nice and spacious! Fit our large party well! ... the home its self was clean and smelled nice, not like a typical home so close to the water! Keep in mind this is an older home that has obviously been a host to many smiles. So there may be tiny cosmetic things that could use a little love, but absolutely nothing that hindered our trip! Although, the ones sleeping in the bunk room, did note that it gets SUPER bright in the mornings, and wished there was some curtains to help reduce that bright early morning wake up! We had a lovely trip! And loved being in walking distance to so much fun ocean shenanigans! ♡”

“We had a great time at the house with our family and kiddos. We had all the amenities we needed for our beach trip. We had some minor issues (broken door knob and missing cords for one of TVs) but the host was very responsive and helpful. We had a great stay and would highly recommend to anyone.”
