● WIFI/Cable: We provide free high-speed WIFI and Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own streaming service apps.

● Pet Policy: 1 pet is allowed with a $25 fee per pet. Please keep pets off furniture, clean up after them outside, and crate them if left alone indoors.

● Parking: There is room for 1 vehicle in the driveway. Please be courteous of other occupants and don’t block other vehicles in.

● Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee.
