“This property was a beautiful and peaceful retreat for our family’s annual getaway. The host was friendly and responsive, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We take a family fishing trip each year, and this location exceeded our expectations — we caught plenty of fish and made wonderful memories together. Aside from a few minor issues, the home was perfect for our needs. Some of the bathrooms had low water pressure, but we managed by using others. The pool was quite cold, so we didn’t use it, and the hot tub wasn’t available since it wasn’t listed as an amenity. It would have been nice to have the option to use it for an additional fee, as we’ve done with other rentals. Also, the outdoor photo of the covered bar area was a bit misleading, as that space wasn’t accessible. Despite these small inconveniences, this property was a wonderful place for our family trip and would have easily earned a five-star rating. Would we stay here again? Absolutely!”

“The views are everything for this house. It was why I booked it and I wasn’t disappointed. From having breakfast and coffee outside in the morning to watching the sunset from the pool, the view was stunning. The house had so much space and every bedroom had its own bathroom to use. The kitchens were so fun to cook in and had tons of kitchen items. Loved the master bathroom amenities and view - I could shower and tub in there all day. The downstairs apartment area was so cool and offered privacy from the main house. It was a 3 minute drive to a nice beach area. The couch area on the deck outside was perfect - we played games and chatted out there for hours. The lower deck was great too. Yes the hot tub and pool aren’t heated, but it’s nice once you acclimate to it. I believe this house has gifted many great memories. It has a few minor things that could use some TLC, but the view and vibe made it really irrelevant. Our host was responsive and friendly. I loved it and would rent again!”

“Beautiful property! just a few small things away from being perfect! My family and I had a great time. The house is gorgeous and super spacious. There were 6 adults and one child in our group, so we had way more room than we needed, but it was nice to spread out. The fishing was incredible!we easily caught over 20 fish during our stay! There’s a bait shop ~7 mins down the road. We also saw jellyfish, stingrays, tons of fish, and even dolphins on our second night!! The patio furniture was sturdy and clean, which we appreciated. Some of the outdoor space near the pool was dirty when we got there (ash, cigarette butts, spilled drinks, dirty outdoor sink), but the hosts responded quickly and sent cleaners out the next morning. The second floor inside was a little dusty too, my siblings both said their allergies flared up after sleeping up there. Overall it’s a peaceful, beautiful spot, especially during the week. Perfect if you’re into fishing or want to see some very active marine life!”

“By far my best stay! Fishing was awesome we caught literally 50 fish each day! Pool was great , family was very pleased! Parking was great,rooms were clean and comfy! Will be heading back very soon!”

“We had an amazing time. I booked this beauty for Easter Weekend / My 4 year old grandson’s birthday. The pool was great, We were able to fish right off the patio and the deck. The host responded within minutes of any inquiry. We had 14 guest and it was enough space for us all. I can’t wait to stay here again. Thanks so much for making our stay amazing, and fun filled!!!”

“We enjoyed our stay. The views were beautiful, it was peaceful and serene. The kitchen was immaculate, and the rooms were comfortable. I only wish the Jacuzzi worked on the pool, but they did let us know it wasn’t heated and would not be warm.”

“Awesome place if you are looking for a big and comfortable house for many guests near the beach. Had an issue with the pool. Filtration system had a timer and wasn’t running all the time. Also, had many bugs in it and no tools on site to clean it up. Couldn’t use the pool during our stay. Host was very responsive and understanding, so we reached an amicable agreement for the inconvenience. Great property.”

“Arrived at the home and immediately checked out amenities and found the pool/hot tub cold and unusable. Immediately messaged StayBeachBox and was told hot tub was not "listed as a amenity", but I messaged them back on 5/4 asking about previous reviews concerning the hot tub and we were never informed that it was not a "provided amenity". Wife and I were super excited about the view of the bay from the Master Bedroom, but the Master's storm shutters would not open. We messaged StayBeachBox once again and they sent someone out the next day to inform us that the motor was out on those windows, so the view my wife and I were looking forward to for the week was also a no go. We were there M-F with our kids, and for spending over $3k for the trip, we feel we were let down with the shutters and misled with the pool. Do your homework with homes listed by StayBeachBox before planning your trip and make sure you get all of your questions answered clearly.”

“Beware! The property is beautiful and private. It would've been perfect! However, it “boasts” of having a “heated” hot tub, and that was not the case! When we arrived we immediately notified them it was not working. They responded but for 2 days we got the run around! Nothing was resolved and we were not able to use it because it was so cold! I was told by maintenance guy that they were aware it was broken and other occupants have had the same complaints previously, but they will not fix it! So that is FALSE ADVERTISING! We rented this place partly for that reason. And we got a “sorry bout that” response. And we were not able to access WiFi our entire stay! We were so frustrated by the handling of issues we just gave up. Then tried to tell me “heated” wasn’t offered, but that’s their main selling point on the listing! Extremely disappointing, they should’ve told us ahead of time of the issues! They would’ve gotten a great review otherwise, it’s a great property, but misleading.”
