“The house was amazing! The weather for the weekend wasn't exactly ideal outside, but there were plenty of activities at the house to never have a dull moment. When it rained, we played pool, cards , and video games to pass the time. The house has a wonderful layout and he bedrooms were spacious, fitting every couples needs. The place was clean and had everything we needed to make a weekend full of memories. We can't thank you enough Chris for sharing your home with us. We will definitely be staying again!”

“We had a great stay at this Airbnb. The house was very spacious with plenty of room for everyone to enjoy comfortably. The playroom and pool were a huge success for the kids, and the man cave was definitely a favorite for the men in our group. It was a nice setup for a family getaway. The only issues we noticed were a few weak spots in the flooring, and the upstairs stayed pretty warm during our stay. Other than that, we really enjoyed the house and had a good experience .”

“What you see is what you get. Absolutely beautiful! There were 14 adults and we did not sleep on top of each other. Everyone had a good amount of space. The house was nice, clean and really big. We still had an extra bedroom and the house house outback that we did not use. There was adult space, kids space, pool space, backyard space, parking space, all kinds of space in this house. The beach was a few minutes away along with Walmart and many restaurants to choose from. This was a really big space to host a lot of guests. We enjoyed ourselves.”

“We had a great time and the location was perfect! The home was a great fit for our trip, and the pool was an added bonus. The only drawbacks were that the kitchen lacked enough utensils to cook properly, and the drawers and floors were not very clean — the home could use a deep cleaning, including the windows and outdoor areas, which could benefit from being blown out and power washed. Overall, the house worked really well for us and we truly enjoyed our stay!”

“Spacious room was definitely accurate! This house fit my whole family and probably could’ve been a few more. We all were amazed at how much room there was. Not to mention the games kept everyone entertained the whole time. It was even so nice outside to sit and talk or listen to music. It was too cold to take a dip in the pool, the water was freezing but for summer time that will be perfect. And the other 1bdrm back house was perfect for my grandparents to have their own space for when they wanted to turn in early. It was 10/10 for us and we couldn’t have been more pleased. If there was an update I had noticed or slight issue to bring up to Chris he handled it well within a timely manner and was quick to respond. This was the perfect little get away for spring break.”

The firepit and jacuzzi were no longer there but there was an ingound pool that looks like it should be ready soon. Other than that, everything was perfect. “The property was nice and clean, really liked the lay out of the house, communication was quick for the most part with the host. Issues we did have was the hole in the flooring in the guest house that was covered with a rug and table. So DO NOT walk through the sliding door of the guest house. Was very disappointed that our only full day of being there, the pool person came at 12:00 to clean it and put the chemicals in, so we couldn't use it until 3:00. That should have been done before we arrived so we could have used it as we wanted to. Then the lights for the pool at night, we were told would come on automatically and they did not and we did not find a switch for it or anything, so it was unusable at night. Also, the wifi was not what was listed throughout the house, you had to use the one on the back of the box. If the flooring issue is fixed, we would probably come back for our retreat again next year.”

“We rented this home for our son's birthday beach trip and overall had a good experience. The property offered plenty of space for our group, and the variety of entertainment amenities was a major reason we chose it. During our stay we found that some of the game room amenities showed more wear and maintenance needs than the listing photos suggested, including issues with the ping pong table, pool table, and some accessories. We also encountered overflowing outdoor trash bins upon arrival. The reason I'm still comfortable recommending the property is that Chris was very responsive. He promptly sent replacement equipment, arranged for repairs, addressed the trash issue, and followed up afterward to make things right. While I believe the property would benefit from some maintenance and attention to detail, we still had a good stay and a memorable birthday trip for my son.”

“Overall, the space was good. It was enough space for our big family. Great area downstairs for the kids to be entertained and sleep. Had the amount of bedrooms we needed. Only issues were the room in the very front of the house and the bunk room in the back of the house was VERY hot. The rest of the house temperature was fine, but those two rooms were terribly hot. The house itself needs to be updated, the floors have tapes on it, the floors in the apartment in the kitchen area needs to be fixed. There are a lot of cracks and broken things throughout the house. The WiFi provided was not correct. I messaged the two number that was provided when I checked in and one never responded and the other one never gave an answer to the problem. Washing machine would shake like crazy. The dryer stopped drying on the last day we were there. Overall this place was big, but for the price we paid, there definitely needs to be things that need fixing.”
