“The home was in a great location. The community is very nice and an easy walk to the beach. This house has so many beds and bathrooms, great for large groups. The kitchen is nice as well and there is a large dining room table. The beds were super comfortable too. Unfortunately the house had four tvs and none of them worked. We talked with management, they were very responsive, although we were never able to get them to work. Other than the television situation, which was definitely disappointing, our time at the house was very nice.”

“We loved this beach house! It was in a beautiful quiet location, Jessica and her team were the most communicative hosts we’ve ever experienced. They met all our needs and always answered in a reasonable time. The house was extremely clean, way bigger than we expected, and the beds were super comfy. No complaints whatsoever.”

We truly feel this was the PERFECT end to an amazing trip, and loved our last 4 days of it when we stayed in this home! Easy 5 Stars!”

“The home location was beautiful & peaceful. Jessica was a very nice lady. She was responsive to any & all questions. The house needs some maintenance. The floors are soft in a lot of areas and look as if they are going to cave in. When you first walk in the house there’s an area where the floor looks like it is going to fall in but a table has been placed in the area. You can actually feel the house sway when you’re in the upstairs bathrooms and on the deck. I tripped several times on the deck because it is uneven in spots. The stove was dirty and greasy from previous guess that cooked. There was a shortage of bath towels. The balcony doors upstairs had pad locks on them. I asked if there was a key for those doors. I was told yes the keys were there, was later told there was no guess access to the balconies upstairs. I feel this is a fire hazard. There is no TV in the master bedroom and the bed was uneven. My side was a lot higher than my husband’s side of the bed.”

“Honestly, this is a solid 3 star airbnb property. I'm by no means a wealthy person, but if you would never consider 3 star hotels, this place isn't for you. This place is definitely not for fancy people. I will say though, 1 of the 2 bedrooms downstairs is a strong 4 star room, but overall the place is 3 stars. Stay here is you are more MOTEL than HOTEL. Here's a quick Pros and Cons: PROs: • The view from the deck. CONs: • The first bad review of the deck was in November of 2022, almost three years later and the same issue has come up. We had little kids with us an several of them "stubbed" their toes on nails that were sticking up above the deck floor (with 1 child needing some lower-level medicare due to the blood coming out of her toe). I was surprised to see that this almost 3 year old review has still not been taken care of. Basically, just wear shoes on the deck. • Not an "ant problem" per-say, but there were ants upon arrival in the kitchen (not from food being left out).”

“The area was beautiful and comfortably fit our family of 11 people. There were a couple of areas that needed attention (floor in one of the bedrooms, nails sticking out on the deck and a shower didn’t drain well). Still an AMAZING place to check out!!”

“We had a wonderful time. Jessica’s place was very quiet and clean. We could walk to the beach and the access bridge was right outside the house. The only drawback was we couldn’t use the balconies attached to the second floor bedrooms that overlooked the beach. My guests were a little unhappy they couldn’t wake up and have coffee on the private patios. The roof and balcony appeared to have been damaged, (which caused the balconies to be blocked off & closed) possibly from Hurricane Beryl, but it was mostly an eyesore and not necessarily dangerous. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay.”
